Dakota Fanning Talks About Kristen in Glamour Magazine March Issue

Glamour: What about your friends? Do you have a million friends or just a couple? And are they celebrity friends, or are they - what would you say - noncelebrity friends?

DF: One of my best friends is an actor, but a lot of them I met in high school. They are amazing, and I have stuck with them.

Glamour: You said you have one famous-y friend. Kristen Stewart, I'm guessing?

DF: Yeah. Yeah.

Glamour: Is that friendship different than your others because yo've been through so many similar things?

DF: When we're together, we're not talking about movie stuff. She's just my really good friend, you know? We go out. We stay in a lot too. I'm a homebody!

Since starring as Jane in Twilight, Dakota has formed a bond with her co-star Kristen Stewart who played Bella Swan in the vampire films. The fashionable style icon gushed about her 22-year-old friend's dress sense, which is what made them closer pals.

"[Kristen Stewart] is so instinctive with her style and, like me, she wears clothes to reflect her mood," Dakota gushed.

You have great chemistry with Lizzie playing best friends. Did you know each other already?

We did, yeah. We knew each other before and that was great. I can’t imagine doing this movie with anyone else. The only other movie I’ve done with a woman of the same age is with Kristen [Stewart], who is my best friend in real life. So I felt very similar with Lizzie and I think that really comes through and we are good friends.

She's nuts for A&E's Duck Dynasty, a show about the family that specializes in duck calls.

"I am obsessed with it. I was watching it and totally zoned out. I never laugh at TV even if it's funny. I never laugh out loud. This show, I was cracking up. I was dying laughing," says Fanning.

So she spread the word to her best friend, Kristen Stewart. "I called Kristen and told her she had to watch this show. I think it's the best show ever. They make those duck calls. It's insane," says Fanning.
